Niekas kauniečių neklaus ir dėmesio į jų nuomonę nekreips. Svarbiausia - biznis ir pinigai. O gamtos išsaugojimo klausimas paskutinėje vietoje. IE senamiestyje, pilies pašonėje statys pastatą, nors buvęs batų fabrikas apleistas stovi. Nereikia net statyti, kai galima rekonstruoti. Bet gal laukiama kol bus nupirktas caro išperų. Tuomet padarys naują biznio planą, jeigu dar tokio nėra. Ten kur milijonai sveiko proto nebelieka. Kiek galima tankinti miestą? Kur pasidėti gyvūnams ir paukščiams, kai aplink vien pastatai statomi, ypač tokios paskirties? Po to stebisi, ksi briedžiai ir lapės ir kiškiai į kiemus ateina...
